Knowland's escape rooms may be used by all participants at their own risk.
Children under the age of 6 can play for free, but for players under 14 years of age, at least one accompanying player over the age of 18 is required.
Smoking, consuming alcohol, or drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Individuals under the influence of alcohol or substances altering consciousness may not participate in the games.
A player who behaves improperly (e.g., vandalizing) may be asked to leave the game by the game master, and the player must comply with this request. The assessment of improper behavior is always at the discretion of the game master.
Bringing sharp or pointed objects, firearms into the escape rooms is prohibited.
Only the tools found and available on the premises can be used to solve the tasks.
There is no need for serious physical exertion to solve the tasks on any of the tracks, so moving fixed objects, furniture is not necessary.
Damaging equipment, props, objects, or decorations is prohibited. The team is responsible for immediately reimbursing any damage caused on the premises.
Recording images or videos on the tracks is strictly prohibited.
Image and sound recordings are made in the escape rooms, to which players consent when booking.
