I've never been to an escape room before, what is this all about?
A variety of logic puzzles for 60 minutes. Objective: to escape from a locked room or to complete a specific mission.
At what age can one play, who do you recommend it for?
Based on our experience so far, everyone from teenagers to parents and even grandparents enjoys our games equally. However, children under 14 years old require adult supervision.
How many of us can play at the same time in one room?
You can play in one room with teams of 2-6 people. In special cases, up to 7 people can play, but you should know that the best gaming experience is with a maximum of 6-person teams.
When can we go play?
Advance booking is required for the game, you can see available time slots on the website.
The rooms are scary, is it dark inside?
None of our rooms are scary, there's no spookiness, and all our rooms are well-lit.
Can we play in English?
Of course. The rooms are usually language-independent, and the game masters can assist in English as well.
What if we arrive with larger groups for corporate team building, birthdays, bachelor parties, school trips, or other gatherings?
In this case, you can play in multiple rooms simultaneously, so you can organize programs for groups of about 30 people with us. In this case please contact us by filling out the request for a quote form on the team building page!
I've booked a time slot, but it's not going to work out. What should I do?
As soon as possible, please let us know via any of our social media channels or by phone.
We are unable to refund the booking fee in case of cancellation within 24 hours.
If we have more or fewer people than booked in advance, what should we do?
You don't need to do anything, we can modify the number of participants on-site.
I'd like to change the time slot, where can I do this?
Call us and we'll make the changes!
I received a gift voucher, how can I redeem it?
During the booking process, you need to enter the coupon code found on the gift voucher into the coupon code field.
I'm unable to redeem the coupon code found on the gift voucher. What can I do?
It might be that you're trying to book for a day (e.g., Saturday) that is not possible with the coupon code you have. Try booking for another day!
Can we get food/drinks at your place?
No, we don't provide such services.
