Data Collection for Analytical and Promotional Purposes The knowland.hu website collects information about its visitors for web analytics, promotional, and marketing purposes. Using Google cookies, the website tracks visitors, and the information obtained, which is not personally identifiable, may be used by Knowland Games Kft. The range of personal data to be managed is provided by the completed registration form and the provided data (last name, first name, phone number, email address). These data are managed only for the duration of the contractual relationship; therefore, if you delete your registration and unsubscribe from our newsletter, we will delete your data.

If you request a copy or deletion of the conversation conducted with you, you can initiate this by email at hello@knowland.hu, providing your accurate data and confirming your identity. We cannot release copies of conversations to third parties, companies, or other requests. Knowland Games Kft. Knowland Games Kft. (Knowland escape rooms) records and stores video recordings in escape games and their waiting rooms and receptions. This system is designed solely for fire and occupational safety and security purposes, and the recordings can only be used for these purposes. The recordings are automatically deleted after 3 days.
